FY 2012 Site Review Reports
Mission
- To provide independent oversight of the Montana Developmental Center for people with developmental disabilities and mental health facilities for people with mental illnesses.
- To assure that the treatment of all people admitted to the Montana Developmental Center and mental health facilities is humane, is consistent with established clinical and other professional standards, and meets the requirements in state law.
- To advocate for and protect the rights of people receiving services through the Montana Developmental Center and mental health facilities across the state.
- To advocate for effective, evidence-based, compassionate treatment services within Montana's developmental disabilities and mental health systems.
